Description

The structure of the ZW Group 3 axle stake load fence cargo semi trailer is formed by welding the longitudinal beams used by the warehouse-grid semi-trailer and the whole is a through-type beam group.

Such a structure can well balance the rigidity, toughness, strength of the frame of the silo-type fence cargo trailer,and the ability to carry the whole truck, and is not a condition of permanent deformation.

The frame of some warehouse grid tri-axle stake semi-trailer is beam-piercing structure, and the longitudinal beam structure is gooseneck type or straight type. 

The axial load of each shaft is more balanced, and the angle of the pull rod of the system is also more reasonable.

The height of the web of our fence cargo trailer is from 400 to 500. The longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. 

The frame of the trailer is shot peeled, the crossbeam is pierced to the longitudinal beam and welded into a whole.

The suspension system used in warehouse grid semi-trailer is new,with good impact resistance and high strength.

In the process of driving, the friction and slip distance between the wheel and the ground can be reduced when the bumpy road section is encountered, and the wear degree of the tire can be well reduced. 

And can adjust the pull rod at the same time,adjust the wheelbase,can avoid the tire appeared the partial running in gnaw wheel situation.
